Cooper test
First of all, what is cooper test?
This test consist in run as much distance as you can in 12 minutes, with a continuous speed.
When was it invented?
It was invented in 1968, by the Dr. Kenneth H. Cooper. It’s objective was to train the USA’s army.
Advices to do the test
Well, to do that test, we must do a good and long warm up.
Do it in a place without many slops.
Obviously, we can’t do that test if we never run, I mean, we must have a good endurance.
After the 12 minutes, we CAN’T stop suddenly, we must been walking since the test finish to when the beats are like in normal life.
After that, stretch a bit.
