Heart rate

HEART RATE

Heart rate is the number of contractions of the heart per minute. It is increased with the intensity of an exercise. A sportive person has less contractions than an ordinary person.

You can take your heart rate in:
  • The neck
  • The wrist
  • The chest
  • With a heart rate monitor

THE HEART RATE AT REST:
Is your less heart rate, when you aren’t doing any movement (for example after wake up)

MAXIMUM HEART RATE:

when you have done an exercise of high intensity, for example after running, warm up or after practise a sport your heart rate will be much more high than your heart rate at rest.
